The COVESA program at the Berlin, Germany AMM (14-15 May 2025) , was a big success. The experiment using a Call for Participation approach to gather proposal for sessions was session proposals fwas very successful, so we will do it again for the Fall AMM in Ann Arbor, Michigan (22-23 October 2025).

1. A call for participation email will be sent to members and regular attendees of COVESA events with suggested themes for session proposals and a link to this page. Proposals aligned to these themes will be given preference but proposals on other subjects are welcome.
2. Interested parties should download download a proposal template template, complete it, and send the session proposal to Sue Schmitt (sschmitt@inventures.com).
3. The AMM program committee will review all proposals and select those that best fit the program.
4. Submitting parties will be made aware of the acceptance of proposals by 22 August or earlier. Some proposals may be accepted contingent upon suggestions made by the committee (e.g., combining 2-4 talks into a panel discussion on the same topic).
5. If a proposal is not accepted, the proposer will be made aware immediately following the decision by the program committee.
