First AOSP Data PoC

First rough idea, feel free to contribute by adding, changing anything

PoC phases:

1. dummy reference app with sub-set from https://developer.android.com/reference/android/car/VehiclePropertyIds
2. see how to deal with permissions
3. expand dummy reference app with some VSS properties at the moment not
   contained in https://developer.android.com/reference/android/car/VehiclePropertyIds

User Journey:

proposal:

• (List properties and be able to select those being subscribed).
• Display selected properties.
