Ted: there are 3 VSS protobuf serialisation versions - work ongoing to converge:

- Ted: Eclipse sdv contributor reveal tomorrow. Expected that some will be building on CVII/VSS
- Steve: repeat of Ford EV project proposal kickoff planned for Asia friendly timeframe

- Nick: It would be good if the proposal addressed the relationship to existing standards e.g. ExVe, SOVD so its clear avoidance of fragmentation is preferred.
