This part of the project aims to produce a reference architecture for vehicle data exchange between vehicles and data consumers.

The intention is a "big picture" approach to tie together a number of existing technologies and serve as a common blueprint covering most of the realistic real-life vehicle data architectures that are being built and will be built.   It takes individual existing initiatives and parts, such as individual protocols and technologies that exist, and put them together in something that covers the major needs of the vehicle data exchange.
