Ford EV Range Prediction

Presentation and proposal to the group is to use the data sampling campaign conventions for collecting EV data for improved range prediction calculations (in-vehicle and cloud) factoring in external data for various factors (road conditions, altitude change, temperature, wind, overcast level etc).
